Dryer Vent Cleaning & Dryer Clean-Out
What's Included
1. Camera Inspection & Airflow Test
We perform a detailed camera inspection and airflow test to show you exactly what’s inside your dryer vent and how fast its blowing. This lets you see the real difference once the cleaning is done.
2. Thorough Vent Cleaning — Interior & Exterior
We make at least two full passes through your entire dryer exhaust system using professional rotary brush equipment. We clean the vent from both inside and outside to ensure the entire line is fully clear.
3. High-Powered Blower
After brushing, we use a high-powered blower to remove any remaining loose lint, leaving your vent as clean and unobstructed as possible.
4. Dryer Interior Cleaning
We remove access panels and use specialized vacuum tools and compressed air to clean deep inside the lint trap, interior cabinet, exhaust port, and blower (when accessible).
5. Transition Hose Cleaning & Inspection
We clean and inspect your transition hose to ensure it’s not kinked, cracked, or deteriorating. If needed, we can replace it with a high-quality, crush-resistant, flame-resistant hose for added safety & airflow.
6. Final Reassembly & System Test
Once everything is cleaned, we reconnect the dryer, run performance tests, and ensure it’s working properly to your satisfaction.

Warning signs that your dryer vent needs cleaning:

• Clothes smell musty or overly hot after cycle
• Laundry room becomes humid
• Burning smell from dryer
• Excess lint behind the dryer or outside vent

Prevent Fires
Each year an average of 15,000 homes go up in flames due to dryers and improperly cleaned venting systems. Lint is flammable. Excessive lint makes it more likely that lint will blow back into the dryer and ignite. If your dryer takes over 50 minutes per load to dry, you may be at risk for a dryer fire.

Extend Dryer Life
To operate efficiently, dryers need to breathe. If they cannot breathe they have to work harder and longer, making them run hotter and wear out faster. Cleaning your dryer vent every year prevents dryer damage and saves on the life of your dryer.

Increase Efficiency
Lint buildup in your dryer venting system will not allow your dryer to operate like it should. Which will lead to a longer dry time, and the longer your dryer is running; the higher your electricity bill. Having your dryer vent cleaned will drastically lower your power bill, saving you up to $288 per year.
